【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,中國公募基金會面臨著公眾募款數(shù)額極低的問題,該問題將最終導(dǎo)致公募基金會過分依賴大捐方,喪失自主性;公眾失去參與公益的機會;社會公平遭到損害。傳統(tǒng)的公眾募款策略成本高、效率低的缺陷是導(dǎo)致此問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因。為解決此問題,本文借鑒美國最知名NGO之一——東南密歇根聯(lián)合之路在公眾募款方面的成功經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)新性的提出"組織渠道型公眾募款"策略,克服了傳統(tǒng)公眾募款策略高成本、低效率的缺陷,并且在該策略的關(guān)鍵性環(huán)節(jié)——建立公眾募款"組織渠道"方面為公募基金會提供了原則性指導(dǎo),致以推動公募基金會公眾募款問題的改善。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the public fundraising foundation of China faces a very low amount of public fundraising, which will ultimately lead to the excessive reliance on large donors, the loss of autonomy, the public losing the opportunity to participate in the public welfare, and the loss of social equity. The high cost and low efficiency of the traditional public fund-raising strategy are the main causes of the problem. In order to solve this problem, this article draws on the successful experience of the United States, one of the most famous NGO in the United States - the joint road of Southeast Michigan in the public fundraising, and innovatively proposes the "organizational channel type public fundraising" strategy to overcome the high cost and low efficiency of the traditional public fundraising strategy, and the key link of the strategy. Fundraising "organizational channels" provides a principled guidance for public funds to promote public fundraising.
