【摘要】：蘇格蘭自1707年并入英聯(lián)合王國后,要求獨立的呼聲始終未斷,2007年蘇格蘭民族黨成為執(zhí)政黨后,獨立呼聲愈演愈烈。"蘇格蘭的未來將由蘇格蘭人民來決定",2014年9月18日蘇格蘭進行獨立公投。從歷史沿革、政治權(quán)勢博弈兩個方面入手可把握蘇格蘭獨立問題的整體脈絡(luò)。將英國政治制度中的務(wù)實傳統(tǒng)與當前多重利益因素綜合考慮,可詮釋蘇格蘭獨立問題的產(chǎn)生原因、英國政府同意公投的實用主義傾向。
[Abstract]:After Scotland was annexed to the United Kingdom in 1707, calls for independence have not stopped, and since the Scottish National Party became the ruling party in 2007, calls for independence have intensified. " The future of Scotland will be decided by the Scottish people, "said Scotland in a referendum on independence on September 18, 2014. From the historical evolution and political power game, we can grasp the overall context of Scottish independence. Considering the pragmatic tradition of the British political system and the current multi-interest factors, the reason for the Scottish independence problem can be explained. The British government agrees with the pragmatism tendency of the referendum.
