【摘要】：后佛朗哥時代的西班牙,被看做世界上通過非集權(quán)化實現(xiàn)民主化的成功范例。它在保持一元化國家體制的同時,也改變了傳統(tǒng)的中央集權(quán)政治,實行了向地方下放權(quán)力的區(qū)域自治制度,并且通過區(qū)域自治的形式滿足地區(qū)性民族主義的自治訴求,實現(xiàn)對多元文化的包容與保護。通過對以分權(quán)為特征的西班牙區(qū)域自治制度的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)西班牙民主化進程和地區(qū)民族主義的消長,以突顯現(xiàn)代西班牙是如何在保持文化多樣性和維護國家的統(tǒng)一之間實現(xiàn)平衡的。
[Abstract]:Post-Franco Spain is seen as a successful example of democratisation in the world. While maintaining the unitary state system, it also changed the traditional centralized politics, implemented the regional autonomy system that devolved power to the local government, and satisfied the autonomous demands of regional nationalism through the form of regional autonomy. To achieve tolerance and protection of multiculturalism. Through the study of Spanish regional autonomy system characterized by decentralization, we can find out the process of democratization and the rise and fall of regional nationalism in Spain. To highlight how modern Spain has struck a balance between preserving cultural diversity and preserving national unity.
