【摘要】：歷史上,阿根廷的南極政策經(jīng)歷了20世紀(jì)中期以領(lǐng)土爭端為主到《南極條約》簽訂后堅持領(lǐng)土主權(quán)與和平開發(fā)利用南極并存的政策。最近幾年,阿根廷的南極政策除了繼續(xù)堅持其領(lǐng)土主權(quán)要求外,還強(qiáng)調(diào)國際合作與南極生態(tài)和資源的保護(hù)。此外,阿根廷還擺脫了在南極問題上的政治孤立處境,與各國展開了切實(shí)有效的合作。阿根廷的南極政策一方面因英阿主權(quán)爭端而給南極帶來不安全因素;另一方面,阿根廷的做法對加強(qiáng)南美國家團(tuán)結(jié)起著積極作用,對中國的南極政策也有一定的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Historically, Argentina's Antarctic policy experienced the policy of "territorial dispute as the main factor" in the middle of the 20th century and the coexistence of territorial sovereignty and peaceful exploitation and utilization of Antarctica after the signing of the "Antarctic Treaty". In recent years, Argentina's Antarctic policy, in addition to maintaining its territorial sovereignty, has emphasized international cooperation and the conservation of Antarctic ecology and resources. In addition, Argentina has emerged from its political isolation on the Antarctic issue and has cooperated effectively with all countries. Argentina's Antarctic policy, on the one hand, has brought insecurity to the Antarctic as a result of the sovereignty dispute between Britain and Argentina; on the other hand, Argentina's approach has played a positive role in strengthening the unity of the South American countries. Also has certain enlightenment and the reference significance to the Chinese Antarctic policy.
