【摘要】：印度的工業(yè)政策是影響其制造業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素之一,本文試圖以新制度經(jīng)濟學中的路徑依賴理論為基礎(chǔ),分析1948年以來印度工業(yè)政策演變的邏輯,再結(jié)合1950年以來印度制造業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況,具體闡述其工業(yè)政策如何影響制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),印度在振興制造業(yè)的過程中,盡管廢除、修改了很多不合時宜的工業(yè)政策,但其發(fā)展仍然受過往工業(yè)政策的影響,這種影響可以由路徑依賴理論來解釋。此外,文中給出了擺脫依賴的方法。
[Abstract]:India's industrial policy is one of the important factors affecting the development of its manufacturing industry. This paper attempts to analyze the logic of India's industrial policy evolution since 1948, based on the path-dependence theory in the new institutional economics. Combined with the development of Indian manufacturing industry since 1950, this paper expounds how its industrial policy affects the development of manufacturing industry. This paper finds that in the process of revitalizing manufacturing industry, India has abolished and modified many outdated industrial policies, but its development is still affected by past industrial policies, which can be explained by the theory of path dependence. In addition, the method of getting rid of dependence is given.
