【摘要】：2008年3月14日,委內瑞拉統(tǒng)一社會主義黨正式宣告成立,總統(tǒng)查韋斯當選為黨的主席。2009年底和2010年初,該黨召開第一次特別代表大會(即"二大"),通過了黨的原則聲明、黨章和黨的基本綱領,查韋斯連選連任黨的主席。2014年7月26—31日,該黨召開"三大"。"三大"是在黨的主席和總統(tǒng)查韋斯去世后召開的。大會維護了黨和國家的團結,確立了黨和國家將堅持查韋斯確定的基本方針、路線,繼續(xù)奉行查韋斯主張的玻利瓦爾社會主義革命。該黨現(xiàn)有黨員760萬,為拉美第二大執(zhí)政黨和南美洲第一大黨。目前,由于國際油價持續(xù)下降,致使委內瑞拉經濟形勢惡化,委內瑞拉統(tǒng)一社會主義黨目前面臨著不少挑戰(zhàn)和問題。
[Abstract]:In March 14, 2008, the Venezuelan unified socialist party was formally announced, President Chavez was elected as the chairman of the party at the end of.2009 and early 2010. The party convened the first special Congress (the "two major"), which passed the party's principles statement, the party constitution and the party's basic programme, and Chavez's election to the party's chairman from 26 to 31 on July. The party convened "the three major". The "three major" was held after the death of the party's president and President Chavez. The general assembly maintained the unity of the party and the state, established the party and the state will adhere to the basic principles set by Chavez, the line, and continue to pursue the Bolivar socialist revolution advocated by Chavez. The party's existing party members are 7 million 600 thousand and the second ruling party in Latin America. And the first major party in South America. At present, Venezuela's unified socialist party is facing many challenges and problems because of the continued decline in international oil prices, which has worsened the economic situation in Venezuela.
