【摘要】：隨著時代的變遷和社會的發(fā)展,婦女問題越來越受到世界各國的普遍關(guān)注。從某種意義上說,關(guān)注程度的不同也就決定婦女在該國生存狀況的優(yōu)劣。作為中亞的人口大國,婦女占該國人口總數(shù)的一半以上,婦女的生存狀況在很大程度上可以反映該國的社會發(fā)展水平。自獨立之初,烏茲別克斯坦政府就意識到,婦女對推動國家發(fā)展的重要性。雖然,獨立初的烏茲別克斯坦經(jīng)濟下滑,社會發(fā)展水平降低,同時傳統(tǒng)文化復(fù)蘇,這一切近乎的“倒退式”的發(fā)展給婦女生存帶來了嚴(yán)重影響,但是,烏茲別克斯坦政府一直在努力為婦女創(chuàng)造一個良好的生存環(huán)境。 婦女的受教育狀況、就業(yè)問題、家庭生活、政治參與狀況等是聯(lián)合國世界婦女大會一直所關(guān)注的問題,本文以此為基點,探討了烏茲別克斯坦婦女在這些方面的發(fā)展與生存狀況。烏茲別克斯坦獨立二十年,這些年中,婦女的生存狀況從退化到復(fù)蘇再到逐步發(fā)展,烏茲別克斯坦政府也是做出了積極努力。文章以烏茲別克斯坦婦女的教育狀況、就業(yè)狀況、健康狀況、家庭狀況及在社會生活中的政治參與狀況等為重要考察指標(biāo),展開論述。在婦女的教育狀況中分析了烏茲別克斯坦婦女的教育現(xiàn)狀、婦女面臨的教育困境及政府在改善婦女教育環(huán)境中所采取的措施；關(guān)于婦女的就業(yè)狀況,對烏茲別克斯坦獨立二十年以來,婦女在前后十年的就業(yè)狀況進行了對比分析,探討了制約婦女就業(yè)的主要因素及政府鼓勵婦女就業(yè)所出臺的政策；在烏茲別克斯坦婦女的健康狀況中,主要論述了該國婦女的基本健康狀況、影響婦女健康的主要疾病及政府在改善婦女健康方面做出的努力。關(guān)于婦女的家庭生活狀況,文章討論了烏茲別克斯坦婦女的生育觀念,婦女對待婚姻的態(tài)度,她們在家庭中的角色地位和幸福指數(shù)以及婦女對家庭暴力的看法和政府對家庭暴力的關(guān)注程度。烏茲別克斯坦婦女的政治參與狀況在獨立后的二十年發(fā)展變化較大,隨著婦女地位的提高,婦女對政治參與的興趣也在逐漸增強。國家為了鼓勵婦女參與政治生活也采取了一系列的措施。 烏茲別克斯坦獨立二十年,婦女的生存狀態(tài)隨著社會的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展在不斷變化,該國采取了多項措施來改善婦女的生存狀況,取得了一些成就,但是問題依舊存在,顯然,該國在婦女的生存及發(fā)展問題上還有許多需要努力的方面。
[Abstract]:With the change of the times and the development of the society, the problem of women has been paid more and more attention all over the world. In a sense, different levels of attention determine the survival of women in the country. As the most populous country in Central Asia, women account for more than half of the total population, and women's living conditions can to a large extent reflect the level of social development in the country. Since the beginning of its independence, the Government of Uzbekistan has recognized the importance of women in promoting the country's development. Although the economic decline of Uzbekistan at the beginning of its independence, the decline in the level of social development and the revival of traditional culture, all these near-retrogressive developments have had a serious impact on the survival of women. The Government of Uzbekistan has been working to create a favourable living environment for women. The status of women's education, employment, family life, political participation and so on are the issues that the United Nations World Conference on Women has been paying close attention to. The development and survival of Uzbek women in these areas were discussed. During the 20 years of independence of Uzbekistan, the living conditions of women have gone from degeneration to recovery to gradual development, and the Uzbek government has also made active efforts. This paper discusses the education, employment, health, family and political participation of women in Uzbekistan. An analysis of the educational situation of women in Uzbekistan, the educational difficulties faced by women and the measures taken by the Government to improve the educational environment for women; with regard to the situation of women in employment, This paper makes a comparative analysis of the employment situation of women in the past ten years since the independence of Uzbekistan, and probes into the main factors restricting the employment of women and the policies adopted by the Government to encourage women to take up employment; In the context of women's health in Uzbekistan, the basic health status of women in Uzbekistan, the major diseases affecting women's health and the Government's efforts to improve women's health were discussed. With regard to the status of women's family life, the article discusses women's reproductive attitudes and attitudes towards marriage in Uzbekistan. Their role in the family and happiness indicators, women's perceptions of domestic violence and the level of government attention to domestic violence. The situation of women's political participation in Uzbekistan has changed greatly in the two decades after independence, and with the advancement of women's status, women's interest in political participation is gradually increasing. The State has also taken a series of measures to encourage women to participate in political life. After two decades of independence, women's living conditions are constantly changing with the steady development of society. The country has taken a number of measures to improve the living conditions of women, and has made some achievements, but problems still exist. Obviously, The country has much to do with the survival and development of women.
