【摘要】：今天的歐美和日本,他們的城市文明之成果,是通過(guò)多年的探索和實(shí)踐得來(lái)的,也是付出了相應(yīng)的代價(jià)而得出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。從理論上說(shuō),不管是城市環(huán)保還是城市交通,也不管是城市公共安全還是城市公益福利,都是人類(lèi)城市社會(huì)需要共同面對(duì)的課題。這里面沒(méi)有意識(shí)形態(tài)的爭(zhēng)端,也沒(méi)有宗教信仰的分歧,有的只是科學(xué)化決策上的探求和見(jiàn)解。所以,城市要順理成章地理想化發(fā)展,很有必要注重學(xué)校、社區(qū)的宣傳教育,很有必要構(gòu)筑環(huán)境保護(hù)的良性循環(huán),因?yàn)橐蛔鞘械?長(zhǎng)"與"短",在他者眼光中,體現(xiàn)的是社會(huì)倫理的現(xiàn)代性問(wèn)題。如果任由"短"發(fā)展,代價(jià)必定是沉重的。
[Abstract]:Today ' s European and American and Japan , their urban civilization achievements , is the result of many years of exploration and practice , also has paid the corresponding price . From the theory , no matter whether urban environmental protection or urban traffic , and the city public security or the city public welfare , it is the human city society needs to face together . Therefore , the city needs to be the scientific decision - making and the opinion . Therefore , the city needs to do the scientific decision - making and the thought . Therefore , it is necessary to construct the virtuous circle of environmental protection . Because of the " long " and " short " of a city , it is the modernity problem of social ethics . If the term of appointment is " short " development , the price must be heavy .
