【摘要】：青年曾經(jīng)在阿富汗國家發(fā)展史中扮演過重要角色。塔利班垮臺后,阿富汗的青年問題日益凸顯,已經(jīng)成為影響國家重建進程的主要障礙之一。青年問題主要表現(xiàn)為失學(xué)失業(yè)、吸毒販毒和涉恐暴恐等方面。長年戰(zhàn)亂、國家管理缺失和缺乏青年政治組織的正確引導(dǎo)是導(dǎo)致阿富汗青年問題產(chǎn)生的重要原因。青年問題嚴重影響著阿富汗的重建進程,還對地區(qū)安全構(gòu)成了重大的威脅。鑒于阿富汗青年問題的復(fù)雜性,解決起來也困難重重。未來唯有阿富汗真正實現(xiàn)民族和解,建立有威信的中央政權(quán),在國際社會幫助下恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟,阿富汗青年問題才能出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)機。
[Abstract]:Young people have played an important role in the history of Afghanistan's national development. After the collapse of Taliban, the problem of youth in Afghanistan has become increasingly prominent and has become one of the main obstacles to the process of reconstructing the country. The correct guidance of the political organization in the year is an important cause for the emergence of the Afghan youth problem. Youth issues seriously affect the process of reconstruction in Afghanistan and constitute a major threat to regional security. In view of the complexity of the Afghan youth problem, it is difficult to solve the problem. The prestige of the central government can restore the economy with the help of the international community.
