【摘要】：拉丁美洲公民社會(huì)的概念是威權(quán)統(tǒng)治、民主轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的產(chǎn)物。在民主化進(jìn)程中,公民社會(huì)的動(dòng)員發(fā)揮了巨大的作用。伴隨著自由民主思想影響的擴(kuò)大,以社會(huì)為本位的公民社會(huì)替代性話語(yǔ)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。在"后民主化"時(shí)期,公民社會(huì)在全新的歷史環(huán)境中演變,有關(guān)研究中不同視角或解讀方式意見紛呈,涉及公民社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、自由民主與激進(jìn)民主話語(yǔ)間的張力、公民社會(huì)組織的性質(zhì)、公民社會(huì)模式的國(guó)別差異、政黨政治與公民社會(huì)活動(dòng)的不同邏輯等具體問題。公民社會(huì)研究有必要首先明確公民社會(huì)與國(guó)家、民主政治、政黨和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The concept of civil society in Latin America is the product of authoritarian rule, democratic transformation and economic reform. In the process of democratization, the mobilization of civil society has played a great role. With the expansion of liberal democratic thought, the social-based alternative discourse of civil society came into being. In the period of "post-democratization", the civil society evolves in the brand-new historical environment, and the opinions of different angles of view or the way of interpretation are different, which involve the current situation of the development of civil society, the tension between liberal democracy and radical democratic discourse. The nature of civil society organizations, the differences of civil society models between different countries, the different logic of political party and civil society activities, and so on. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between civil society and state, democracy, political party and market economy.
