【摘要】：[目的/意義]生物識(shí)別在安全和反恐中具有重要地位。美國將生物識(shí)別置于戰(zhàn)略安全層面,通過國家立法和政策推進(jìn),建立了龐大復(fù)雜的生物識(shí)別體系。研究美國生物識(shí)別經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于中國相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的建設(shè)和反恐安全具有重要意義。[方法/過程]通過研究美國發(fā)展生物識(shí)別的制度頂層設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)生物識(shí)別多元體系兼容的方法,以及對(duì)于打通美國龐雜情報(bào)體系之間的情報(bào)共享和信息兼容的影響,充分了解美國建立生物識(shí)別體系的關(guān)鍵和癥結(jié)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]中國的生物識(shí)別還處于起步階段,我們可以充分吸收美國的經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立中國的生物識(shí)別體系之網(wǎng),為中國的國土安全和國家安全建立一道堅(jiān)實(shí)的屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance biometrics play an important role in security and anti-terrorism. The United States puts biometrics at the level of strategic security and establishes a huge and complex biometric system through national legislation and policies. The study of American biometrics experience is of great significance to the construction of China's related fields and anti-terrorism security. [methods / processes] by studying the top-level design of biometric systems for the development of biometrics in the United States, the method of achieving compatibility of biometric multivariate systems, and the impact on information sharing and information compatibility among the numerous and complex intelligence systems in the United States, Fully understand the key to the establishment of a biometric system in the United States and the crux of the problem. [results / conclusion] China's biometrics is still in its infancy, and we can fully absorb the experience of the United States, establish a network of Chinese biometric systems, and build a solid barrier for China's homeland security and national security.
