【摘要】： 中亞地區(qū)諸多國(guó)際組織的存在及其背后隱藏的大國(guó)勢(shì)力的較量，它們之間力量的消長(zhǎng)、加上地區(qū)內(nèi)部復(fù)雜矛盾的斗爭(zhēng)，使地區(qū)未來形勢(shì)充滿許多變數(shù)。地區(qū)國(guó)際組織的發(fā)展變化從一個(gè)方面反映了中亞國(guó)家的對(duì)外政策和地區(qū)形勢(shì)，并引起國(guó)際社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注。本論文對(duì)中亞地區(qū)國(guó)際組織進(jìn)行了分類介紹、論述了各組織的機(jī)構(gòu)、功能和發(fā)展，并對(duì)其作用、影響及結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析，，旨在研究地區(qū)未來國(guó)際組織的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，并對(duì)中國(guó)的中亞政策以及上海合作組織的發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:The existence of many international organizations in Central Asia and the competition of the powers behind them, the rise and fall of the forces among them, and the complicated conflicts within the region make the future situation of the region full of many variables. The development and change of regional international organizations reflect the foreign policy and regional situation of Central Asian countries in one way, and arouse the general concern of the international community. In this paper, the international organizations in Central Asia are classified and introduced, the organization, function and development of the organizations are discussed, and their functions, effects and results are analyzed, in order to study the development trend of international organizations in the region in the future. It also puts forward some suggestions on China's Central Asia policy and the development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
