【摘要】：20世紀下半葉,美國社會在第三次移民潮和社會運動的沖擊下,出現(xiàn)了主張國家內(nèi)部族群文化多樣性以及不同文化群體之間平等與相互尊重的多元文化主義思潮。多元文化主義是社會多元化趨勢在理論上的反映,在一定程度上促進了社會寬容度、增加了弱勢群體的話語權(quán)。另一方面,多元文化主義對差異和平等的過度強調(diào)則會削弱國家一體化的融合,對美國的共同文化和政治秩序構(gòu)成了挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In the second half of the 20th century, under the impact of the third immigration tide and the social movement, the American society emerged the multiculturalism trend of thought which advocated the cultural diversity of ethnic groups and equality and mutual respect among different cultural groups. Multiculturalism is a reflection of the trend of social pluralism in theory. To a certain extent, it promotes social tolerance and increases the right of speech of vulnerable groups. On the other hand, multiculturalism's emphasis on difference and equality weakens the integration of nations and challenges the common cultural and political order of the United States.
