【摘要】：美國從早期"紳士政府"向中期杰克遜"大眾政府"過渡時期,其政治體制和治理模式出現(xiàn)了一定程度的轉(zhuǎn)變,這種轉(zhuǎn)變有其負面意義。杰克遜"大眾政府"下的政黨政治興起和"政黨分贓制"的盛行與19世紀中后期美國聯(lián)邦政府的官場亂象和官場腐敗的產(chǎn)生有著密不可分的關(guān)系。挖掘19世紀中后期美國聯(lián)邦政府官場亂象和政治腐敗產(chǎn)生的根源,可以深化對美國政黨制度和政府體制的理解和認識。
[Abstract]:During the transition period from the early "gentleman government" to the middle Jackson "popular government", the political system and the mode of governance of the United States changed to a certain extent, which had its negative significance. The rise of political party under Jackson's "popular government" and the prevalence of "party partitioning system" are closely related to the chaos of the federal government and the emergence of corruption in the United States in the middle and late 19th century. It is possible to deepen the understanding and understanding of the American political party system and government system by digging into the root causes of the chaos and corruption of the United States federal government in the middle and late 19th century.
