【摘要】：正家族政治的特點(diǎn)和較低的政治民主化水平,使菲律賓政府的外交政策缺乏基本的連續(xù)性,對(duì)外政策也易受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)政治影響。菲律賓2016年大選,無(wú)論誰(shuí)當(dāng)選總統(tǒng),中菲關(guān)系回歸正常軌道都是未來(lái)兩國(guó)政府必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。菲律賓家族治下的非制度性政黨政治菲律賓曾被稱(chēng)為美國(guó)政治在"亞洲的民主櫥窗",其政黨政治也來(lái)源于美國(guó)的政治理念。從政黨建立并在國(guó)家政治生活中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的角度看,菲律賓是亞洲最早實(shí)行政黨政治
[Abstract]:The characteristics of family politics and the low level of political democratization make the Philippine government's foreign policy lack of basic continuity and foreign policy is easily influenced by domestic politics. No matter who is elected president in the 2016 election in the Philippines, the return of Sino-Philippine relations to normal is a problem that the two governments will have to face in the future. Non-institutional party politics under the Philippine family the Philippines was once called the "window of democracy in Asia" of American politics, and its party politics also came from the political ideas of the United States. From the point of view of the establishment of political parties and their dominance in national political life, the Philippines was the earliest party politics in Asia.
