【摘要】：正馬克思曾經(jīng)說過:"千百年的習(xí)慣勢(shì)力是最可怕的勢(shì)力。"其之所以是"最可怕的勢(shì)力",是因?yàn)?其一,它形成的歷史悠久,要摒棄這些行為的積弊一朝一夕難以奏效;其二,它不屬于少數(shù)人的頑疾,它在一個(gè)相當(dāng)大的群體中習(xí)以為常,帶有歷史的慣性。人們稍對(duì)社會(huì)作一個(gè)粗略的觀察,諸如隨地吐痰、亂扔垃圾、亂穿馬路、破壞綠化等陋習(xí)屢見不鮮。筆者有位朋友從澳大利亞講學(xué)歸來,談見聞時(shí)說了一則令國(guó)人汗顏的軼事:墨爾本一家賓館大堂里設(shè)有垃圾桶,它分兩層,下面的扔廢物,上面一層鋪著細(xì)沙,用來掐滅煙
