【摘要】：韓國"親信干政門"持續(xù)發(fā)酵,不僅嚴(yán)重挫傷其國民的自尊心,而且影響韓國國家形象。韓國總統(tǒng)幾乎沒有一個得以善終,這無疑源自于第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后韓國政治的制度設(shè)計(jì)。以"帝王總統(tǒng)"為特征的政治生態(tài)導(dǎo)致仇恨政治的產(chǎn)生,這種"帝王總統(tǒng)"治下還存在著"剪不斷,理還亂"的政商關(guān)系。未來韓國政治的制度設(shè)計(jì)主要集中在總統(tǒng)權(quán)力、政黨制度及政商關(guān)系等多個方面。
[Abstract]:The continuous fermentation of Korea's "trusted government" not only seriously dampened its national self-esteem, but also affected its national image.Few South Korean presidents have come to a good end, no doubt because of the institutional design of South Korean politics after World War II.The political ecology characterized by the "imperial president" leads to the emergence of hate politics, which still has a political and commercial relationship of "incessant shearing and chaos" under the rule of the "monarch president".In the future, the system design of Korean politics mainly focuses on the power of president, political party system and the relationship between government and business.
