【摘要】：正美國腐敗指數(shù)曲線顯示,19世紀(jì)中后期,美國曾出現(xiàn)三個(gè)腐敗高發(fā)期;20世紀(jì)初出現(xiàn)一個(gè)低谷期,其后盡管有小幅上揚(yáng),但未再出現(xiàn)高發(fā)期;近幾十年以來,美國腐敗指數(shù)曲線一直在一個(gè)較低值附近小幅波動(dòng)。從宏觀上來看,美國腐敗指數(shù)在20世紀(jì)初得以降低的根本原因是制度的完善已經(jīng)跟上現(xiàn)代化的步伐,即制度的完善速度與現(xiàn)代化(主要指經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城市化進(jìn)程等)的
[Abstract]:The U . S . corruption index curve shows that in the middle and late 19th century , the United States had three corrupt periods of corruption ; in the early part of the 20th century , the United States experienced a low - valley period , followed by small fluctuations in a relatively low value . From the macro view , the root cause of the decline in the United States corruption index has kept pace with the pace of modernization , that is , the speed and modernization of the system ( mainly economic development , urbanization process , etc . ) .
