【摘要】：1997年10月美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院與國(guó)會(huì)議員達(dá)成妥協(xié)設(shè)立"西藏問題特別協(xié)調(diào)員"一職。《2002年西藏政策法》明確規(guī)定了這一職位的職責(zé)范圍,使其成為國(guó)務(wù)院中常設(shè)的制度化的職位�？巳R格等4位協(xié)調(diào)員在敦促中國(guó)政府與達(dá)賴?yán)锛捌浯斫佑|商談、關(guān)注境外藏人難民事務(wù)、提交涉藏事務(wù)報(bào)告等問題上發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵性作用,美國(guó)對(duì)西藏事務(wù)干預(yù)力度明顯加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The United States in October 1997 the State Council and members of Congress to reach a compromise to set up a Special Coordinator for Tibet post.<2002 Tibet policy law clearly defines the scope of the duties of the position, make it become institutionalized in the State Council standing position. Clegg and other 4 coordinators in Chinese urged the government and the Darai Lama and representative contact and talks, attention overseas Tibetan refugees, submitted Tibet affairs report and played a key role, the United States to intervene in the affairs of Tibet was strengthened.
