【摘要】： 文章以馬克思主義哲學(xué),尤其是唯物史觀為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用歷史分析的方法,從價(jià)值觀入手,對(duì)“第三條道路”進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地研究,揭示了“第三條道路”價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵、特征、具體表現(xiàn)、利弊得失以及對(duì)中國共產(chǎn)黨價(jià)值觀的借鑒意義。 文章認(rèn)為,政黨價(jià)值觀是一個(gè)政黨對(duì)事物的價(jià)值所作出的總體判斷,是它的思想基礎(chǔ)中的核心成分,是它制訂路線方針政策的內(nèi)在依據(jù)。“第三條道路”價(jià)值觀,就是當(dāng)代西方社會(huì)民主黨的價(jià)值觀。“第三條道路”理論的形成,是當(dāng)代西方社會(huì)民主黨價(jià)值觀轉(zhuǎn)型的結(jié)果,同時(shí),也是它們對(duì)當(dāng)今世界和西方社會(huì)的新變化所作出的價(jià)值回應(yīng)。 文章對(duì)“第三條道路”的價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行了概括,認(rèn)為它是一個(gè)以超越傳統(tǒng)左派與新右派為基本價(jià)值取向,以民主、自由、公正、責(zé)任和國際主義等為基本價(jià)值觀念,以建立充滿活力的政府與社會(huì)為價(jià)值目標(biāo),包括政治價(jià)值觀、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值觀、社會(huì)價(jià)值觀、國際價(jià)值觀等在內(nèi)的開放的價(jià)值觀體系。 “第三條道路”價(jià)值觀的基本特征是超越左與右。它超越了西方政治生活中的傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)民主黨價(jià)值觀和保守黨的價(jià)值觀,在新的時(shí)代背景下對(duì)當(dāng)代西方左派的立場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了重塑。這種超越左與右的價(jià)值取向,在處理政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)問題時(shí),都得到了充分的體現(xiàn)。文章的第三、四、五章,分別從“第三條道路”在處理市場(chǎng)與政府、效率與公平、民族主義和世界主義關(guān)系時(shí)所采取的具體政策,對(duì)“第三條道路”價(jià)值觀的基本取向及其具體表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià),突出分析了它對(duì)傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀念所作出的新的理解以及在價(jià)值手段選擇上的靈活性。 文章的第六章對(duì)“第三條道路”價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)它的意義進(jìn)行了分析�！暗谌龡l道路”在本質(zhì)上,是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)民主黨價(jià)值觀的調(diào)整,體現(xiàn)著西方社會(huì)民主主義的“現(xiàn)代化”;同時(shí),它并不是要在資本主義制度與社會(huì)主義制度之間進(jìn)行選擇,而是試圖尋找一種治理資本主義制度的方式,代表著西方資本主義治理模式上的一次更新�！暗谌龡l道路”價(jià)值觀中,既有很多積極的成分,也存在著嚴(yán)重的誤區(qū)和制約“第三條道路”發(fā)展的因素。最后分析了“第三條道路”價(jià)值觀對(duì)我國社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和中國共產(chǎn)黨價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的借鑒意義,并從中國共產(chǎn)黨價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的意義、價(jià)值目標(biāo)與價(jià)值手段的統(tǒng)一等方面,提出了具體的看法。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of Marxist philosophy, especially the historical materialism, the article systematically studies "the third way" by using the method of historical analysis, and reveals the connotation and characteristics of the "third way" value.Concrete performance, advantages and disadvantages, and the value of the Communist Party of China reference.The paper holds that the values of political parties are the overall judgment made by a political party on the value of things, the core components of its ideological basis, and the internal basis of its formulation of line, principles and policies.The third way is the values of contemporary western social Democrats.The formation of the theory of "the third way" is the result of the transformation of the values of the Democratic Party in the contemporary western society, and it is also their value response to the new changes in the world and the western society.This paper summarizes the values of "the third way", and holds that it is a basic value orientation which transcends the traditional left and the new right, and takes democracy, freedom, justice, responsibility and internationalism as the basic values.To establish a vibrant government and society as the value goal, including political values, economic values, social values, international values and other open value systems.The basic characteristic of the value of the third way is to transcend the left and right.It goes beyond the traditional values of social Democrats and the Conservative Party in western political life and reshapes the position of the contemporary left in the new era.This value orientation, which transcends the left and right, is fully reflected in dealing with political, economic and social problems.The third, fourth and fifth chapters of the article, respectively from the "third way" in dealing with the relationship between market and government, efficiency and fairness, nationalism and cosmopolitanism,This paper analyzes and evaluates the basic orientation and concrete expression of the "third way" values, and highlights its new understanding of the traditional values and its flexibility in the choice of value means.The sixth chapter evaluates the value of the third way and analyzes its significance.The "third way" is essentially an adjustment of the values of the traditional social Democrats, embodying the "modernization" of western social democracy; at the same time, it is not intended to make a choice between the capitalist system and the socialist system.Instead, it tries to find a way to govern the capitalist system, representing a renewal of the western capitalist governance model.There are many positive elements in the values of "the third way", but also some serious misunderstandings and factors restricting the development of the "third way".Finally, the paper analyzes the significance of the value of "the third way" to the socialist modernization and the construction of the values of the Communist Party of China, and analyzes the significance of the construction of the values of the Communist Party of China, the unity of the value goal and the value means, and so on.Some concrete views are put forward.
