【摘要】：從歷史根源來看,韓國腐敗的實體性結(jié)構(gòu)是威權(quán)政體、"政經(jīng)vR著"、"言經(jīng)vR著"的產(chǎn)物。自20世紀60年代開始,韓國政府在社會層面掀起多次凈化風(fēng)氣的運動,至90年代則強有力地制定并推行政府透明化的法律制度,2001年更是出臺綜合性的腐敗防止專門法,完成了國家反腐系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)造。之后韓國步入了反腐敗成績的鞏固與相關(guān)法律制度的持續(xù)完善期,總體反腐成效令人矚目,但反腐系統(tǒng)的不完善之處仍有待補救。
[Abstract]:From the historical origin, the entity structure of corruption in South Korea is the product of authoritarian regime, political and economic vR, and Yannjing VR.Since the 1960s, the Korean government has launched many campaigns to purify the atmosphere at the social level. In the 1990s, the Korean government strongly formulated and implemented a transparent legal system of government. In 2001, it also issued a comprehensive special law on the prevention of corruption.The structure of the national anti-corruption system has been completed.After that, South Korea stepped into the period of the consolidation of anti-corruption achievements and the continuous improvement of relevant legal system. The overall anti-corruption effect is remarkable, but the imperfections of anti-corruption system still need to be remedied.
