【摘要】：正越南地處東南亞戰(zhàn)略要沖,國(guó)土面積不大,最狹窄處寬度僅50多公里,卻有著3260多公里的海岸線,東臨中國(guó)南海、太平洋,南向馬六甲海峽、印度洋。雖非強(qiáng)權(quán)大國(guó),卻也能在復(fù)雜的國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局中,在中國(guó)、美國(guó)、俄羅斯、日本、印度等世界和區(qū)域性力量的交互影響下,騰挪轉(zhuǎn)移、多方周旋。其中必有獨(dú)特的生存邏輯。研究和解讀這種邏輯,是我們觀察東南亞乃至亞太地區(qū)的局勢(shì)走向的一個(gè)重要抓手。
[Abstract]:Vietnam is located at the strategic point of Southeast Asia. Its territory is not large. Its narrowest area is only more than 50 kilometers wide, but it has a coastline of more than 3260 kilometers. It faces the South China Sea, the Pacific Ocean, the Malacca Strait and the Indian Ocean in the east.Although it is not a powerful power, it can move and move in a complex international political and economic structure, under the mutual influence of China, the United States, Russia, Japan, India and other world and regional forces.There must be a unique survival logic.Studying and interpreting this logic is an important grasp for us to observe the situation in Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.
