【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)解體后，俄羅斯從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)步入市場經(jīng)濟(jì)，全體社會(huì)成員經(jīng)受著國家體制變革帶來的沖擊，作為特殊群體的女性更是首當(dāng)其沖。研究20世紀(jì)90年代以來俄羅斯女性社會(huì)政治地位的變遷，對(duì)于擴(kuò)充俄羅斯女性學(xué)研究范圍及提高我國女性社會(huì)政治地位都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以列寧和戈?duì)柊蛦谭驎r(shí)期作為參照，以葉利欽及普京執(zhí)政的兩個(gè)時(shí)期為主要研究對(duì)象，，根據(jù)分析俄羅斯女性社會(huì)政治地位變化特征明顯的四個(gè)階段，從研究女性社會(huì)政治地位發(fā)生變化的各項(xiàng)變量出發(fā)，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法等，分析出20世紀(jì)90年代以來俄羅斯女性社會(huì)政治地位變遷的軌跡，分析出導(dǎo)致其發(fā)生變遷的影響因素，并總結(jié)出經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)及對(duì)提高我國女性社會(huì)政治地位的啟示。本文的具體邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 第一章主要從宏觀層面上回顧了蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期的女性社會(huì)政治環(huán)境概況，對(duì)本文的主體部分起參照作用。以列寧執(zhí)政時(shí)期及戈?duì)柊蛦谭驁?zhí)政時(shí)期的女性為主要研究對(duì)象，其中以列寧時(shí)期為主。第一節(jié)主要敘述列寧時(shí)期的女性社會(huì)政治地位，第二節(jié)主要敘述戈?duì)柊蛦谭驎r(shí)期的女性社會(huì)政治地位，兩個(gè)時(shí)期均以政治地位、經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、教育程度、家庭地位及輿論環(huán)境等五個(gè)變量為研究基點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和闡述。 第二章是論文的主體部分，主要內(nèi)容是分析20世紀(jì)90年代以來的女性社會(huì)政治環(huán)境概況，以葉利欽執(zhí)政時(shí)期及普京執(zhí)政的兩個(gè)時(shí)期的女性為主要研究對(duì)象，其中以普京時(shí)期為主。第一節(jié)主要分析葉利欽時(shí)期的女性社會(huì)政治地位，第二節(jié)主要敘述普京執(zhí)政的前后兩個(gè)時(shí)間段的女性社會(huì)政治地位，為與第一章相比較，兩節(jié)仍從政治地位、經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、教育程度、家庭地位及輿論環(huán)境等五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和闡述。 第三章是論文的落腳點(diǎn)，歸納了影響俄羅斯女性社會(huì)政治地位變遷的影響因素，主要有社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府支持力度、女性參政意識(shí)、教育程度及輿論環(huán)境等五大方面。并結(jié)合我國基本國情提出提升我國女性社會(huì)政治地位的可行性建議，主要有進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化利于女性發(fā)展的社會(huì)政治環(huán)境、努力增強(qiáng)我國女性的參政意識(shí)、切實(shí)提高我國女性的文化教育程度、加大政府的支持力度及營造優(yōu)越的社會(huì)輿論環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia moved from a planned economy to a market economy, and all members of society suffered the impact of the changes in the state system. As a special group of women, women bear the brunt. The study of the social and political status of Russian women since the 1990s, It is of great practical significance to expand the scope of Russian feminine studies and to improve the social and political status of Chinese women. This article takes Lenin and Gorbachev period as the reference, takes Yeltsin and Putin's two periods as the main research object, according to the analysis of the Russian women's social and political status change characteristic obvious four stages. Based on the study of the variables of the changes in the social and political status of women, this paper analyzes the track of the changes of the social and political status of women in Russia since the 1990s by using the method of literature, and analyzes the influencing factors that lead to the changes in the social and political status of women. And summarizes the experience and lessons and the inspiration to improve the social and political status of women in China. The specific logical structure of this paper is as follows:. The first chapter mainly reviews the general situation of the social and political environment of women in the Soviet Union from the macro level, which plays a reference role in the main body of this paper, taking the women in the period of Lenin and Gorbachev as the main research objects. The first section mainly narrates the social and political status of women in Lenin's period, and the second section mainly describes the social and political status of women in Gorbachev's time, both of which are political status, economic status and educational level. Family status and public opinion environment for the five variables for the research basis for detailed analysis and elaboration. The second chapter is the main part of the paper, the main content is to analyze the social and political environment of women since the 1990s, taking Yeltsin and Putin as the main research object. The first section mainly analyzes the social and political status of women in Yeltsin period, and the second section mainly narrates the social and political status of women in the two periods before and after Putin's reign, which is compared with the first chapter. The two sections are analyzed in detail from five aspects: political status, economic status, educational level, family status and public opinion environment. The third chapter is the foothold of the thesis, summarizes the influence factors of the social and political status of Russian women, including social environment, government support, women's consciousness of participating in politics. Five major aspects, such as educational level and public opinion environment, are put forward to improve the social and political status of women in our country in the light of the basic conditions of our country. The main suggestions are to further optimize the social and political environment conducive to the development of women. Efforts should be made to strengthen the consciousness of women's participation in politics, to improve the cultural and educational level of Chinese women, to strengthen the support of the government and to create a favorable environment for public opinion, and so on.
