【摘要】：在當(dāng)代印度社會(huì)中,婦女地位與獨(dú)立前相比有了顯著提高,但男女的不平等問(wèn)題依然嚴(yán)重。本文主要從當(dāng)代印度婦女面臨的安全問(wèn)題來(lái)展開(kāi),分析了印度婦女安全問(wèn)題的概況,該問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的消極影響以及問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重的原因和解決辦法。除引言和結(jié)語(yǔ)外,本文分為以下四個(gè)部分。 第一部分介紹了當(dāng)代印度婦女安全問(wèn)題的概況。重點(diǎn)介紹了當(dāng)代印度婦女面臨的家庭暴力行為,主要包括丈夫在內(nèi)的姻親的虐待和施暴、女性因嫁妝致死、薩提等行為和包括強(qiáng)奸、性騷擾在內(nèi)的社會(huì)暴力行為。從中可以看出,印度婦女面臨極其嚴(yán)重的安全問(wèn)題。 第二部分分析了當(dāng)代印度婦女安全問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的影響,分別從個(gè)人層面、國(guó)家層面和國(guó)際層面三個(gè)方面加以說(shuō)明。當(dāng)代印度社會(huì)婦女安全問(wèn)題對(duì)于個(gè)人層面的影響,主要在于對(duì)婦女身體以及心理兩個(gè)方面產(chǎn)生的消極影響；該問(wèn)題在國(guó)家層面的影響,主要在于對(duì)印度現(xiàn)代化道路的阻礙；在國(guó)際層面的影響,體現(xiàn)在影響和牽連印度的國(guó)際聲望。 第三部分側(cè)重探討當(dāng)代印度社會(huì)婦女安全問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重的原因。主要是從宗教和父權(quán)制的結(jié)合強(qiáng)化了男女的不平等,法律法規(guī)制定和落實(shí)不到位,印度傳統(tǒng)的性愛(ài)文化影響以及印度政府機(jī)構(gòu)行政效率低下等幾個(gè)方面著手。 最后部分嘗試提出了解決當(dāng)代印度婦女安全問(wèn)題的方法,重點(diǎn)要從國(guó)際社會(huì)、民族國(guó)家以及個(gè)人三個(gè)層面加以努力,并著重發(fā)揮印度民族國(guó)家在解決該問(wèn)題上的至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In contemporary Indian society, the status of women has improved significantly compared with before independence, but the inequality between men and women is still serious. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the general situation of the security of contemporary Indian women. It focuses on the domestic violence faced by contemporary Indian women, including the abuse and violence by in-laws, including husbands, and the death of women from dowry. Satti and other acts of social violence, including rape and sexual harassment. The second part analyzes the impact of contemporary Indian women security issues, respectively from the individual level, the national level and the international level to explain the impact of contemporary Indian social women security issues on the individual level. Mainly on the negative effects on women, both physically and psychologically; on the national level, mainly on the obstacles to India's modernization path; on the international level, Reflected in the influence and implication of India's international reputation. The third part focuses on the reasons for the serious problem of women's security in contemporary Indian society. The main reasons are that the combination of religion and patriarchy has strengthened the inequality between men and women, and the laws and regulations are not in place. The influence of the traditional sex culture in India and the administrative inefficiency of Indian government agencies are discussed. The last part tries to put forward a solution to the security problem of contemporary Indian women, with emphasis on three aspects: international community, nation state and individual. And focus on the role of the Indian nation-state in resolving this issue.
