【摘要】：政教分離原則是現(xiàn)代政治學(xué)的一項重要原則,也是馬克思主義理論中的基本原則,它對近代以來主權(quán)國家的建構(gòu)具有重要影響。法國政教分離原則的理論與實踐體現(xiàn)了法國世俗化道路的特殊性,即根源于悠久的高盧主義傳統(tǒng),并以法國大革命為轉(zhuǎn)折點,最終于20世紀(jì)初確立下來。托克維爾創(chuàng)造性地提出了政教分離原則對于民主社會的重要性,他的這一思考是對法國政教關(guān)系模式的反思和糾偏。探究他對歷史發(fā)展的超越階級和超越時代的辯證認識具有重要的歷史和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The principle of separation of state and religion is an important principle of modern politics and a basic principle of Marxist theory. It has an important influence on the construction of sovereign state since modern times. The theory and practice of the principle of separation of church and state in France embody the particularity of the road of French secularization, that is, rooted in the long tradition of Gaullism, and taking the French Revolution as the turning point. Finally established in early 20th century, Tocqueville creatively proposed the importance of the principle of secularism to a democratic society, His thinking is a reflection and correction of the model of the relationship between church and state in France. It is of great historical and practical significance to probe into his dialectical understanding of transcending class and transcending the times of historical development.
