【摘要】：正據(jù)日本共同社網(wǎng)站,日本政府在3月11日的內(nèi)閣會議上通過了《出入境管理及難民認定法》修正案,其中一項重要變化是將IT、醫(yī)療等領域具備高學歷高技術的外國人,獲得在日永久居住權所需在留時間從5年縮短到了3年。隨著國際人才爭奪戰(zhàn)日益激烈,日本政府計劃通過創(chuàng)設新的簽證吸引外國尖端人才定居日本。
[Abstract]:Is according to Japan's Kyodo news website, the Japanese government passed the immigration control and refugee law amendment in the March 11th cabinet meeting, one of the most important change is the IT, foreigners, medical and other fields with high level of education and high technology, to obtain permanent residence required in time from 5 years to 3 right in the day. As the International Year of the war for talent is becoming increasingly fierce, the Japanese government plans to attract foreign talents lived in Japan through the creation of a new visa.
