【摘要】： “顏色革命”是指冷戰(zhàn)后一系列以顏色命名的以和平的、非暴力方式進(jìn)行的非正常的政權(quán)更迭。把獨(dú)聯(lián)體的“顏色革命”作為研究對(duì)象不僅是因?yàn)樗鼘?duì)獨(dú)聯(lián)體各國(guó)產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,而且對(duì)周邊地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定乃至整個(gè)世界局勢(shì)都會(huì)產(chǎn)生重大的影響。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分主要分析了獨(dú)聯(lián)體部分國(guó)家發(fā)生“顏色革命”的內(nèi)部因素,如政治制度方面存在眾多不穩(wěn)定因素及國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)總體下滑所引起的各種社會(huì)矛盾。第二部分分析了獨(dú)聯(lián)體各國(guó)發(fā)生“顏色革命”外因,即美國(guó)——獨(dú)聯(lián)體“顏色革命”發(fā)生的主導(dǎo)力量。第三部分主要分析了“顏色革命”在獨(dú)聯(lián)體的“遭遇”及影響。本文主要運(yùn)用了地緣政治理論及國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等分析方法,分析比較、歸納“顏色革命”發(fā)生的內(nèi)外因,特別是美國(guó)因素以達(dá)到進(jìn)一步解析美國(guó)輸出“民主”戰(zhàn)略,把握美式民主的含義與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析其民主戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的手段、途徑和目的,探尋其深層次影響從而對(duì)民主制度的反思。 本文的結(jié)論是獨(dú)聯(lián)體“顏色革命”的根源在于內(nèi)因,而外因——美國(guó)的“民主”輸出戰(zhàn)略則利用內(nèi)因推動(dòng)了“顏色革命”。因此,我們應(yīng)以積極的建設(shè)性的姿態(tài)來(lái)對(duì)待民主發(fā)展問(wèn)題并采取實(shí)質(zhì)性步驟推動(dòng)民主,是我們應(yīng)持的基本立場(chǎng)。然而,作為人類社會(huì)政治文明的重要財(cái)富,民主的發(fā)展有著自身的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,它不能背離人類文明發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律和特性,即民主是一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的、不斷的發(fā)展過(guò)程,民主政治的發(fā)展、民主制度的完備也是一個(gè)不斷積累的過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:"Color Revolution" refers to a series of peaceful colors named after the Cold War. Irregular regime change in a non-violent manner. The "color revolution" of the CIS was studied not only because it had an important impact on the CIS countries, And the stability of the surrounding region and the world as a whole will have a major impact. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly analyzes the internal factors of the "color revolution" in some CIS countries. For example, there are many unstable factors in the political system and various social contradictions caused by the overall decline of the domestic economy. The second part analyzes the external causes of the "color revolution" in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The third part mainly analyzes the "encounter" and its influence of the "color revolution" in CIS. Analyzing and comparing the internal and external causes of the "color revolution", especially the American factors, in order to further analyze the "democracy" strategy of the United States, grasp the meaning and standard of American democracy, and analyze the means of implementing its democratic strategy. Approach and purpose, to explore its deep impact on the reflection of the democratic system. The conclusion of this paper is that the root of the "color revolution" in CIS lies in the internal cause, while the "democratic" export strategy of the United States uses the internal cause to promote the "color revolution". We should approach the issue of democratic development in a positive and constructive manner and take substantive steps to promote democracy, which is our basic position. However, as an important asset of the political civilization of human society, The development of democracy has its own inherent law. It cannot deviate from the basic laws and characteristics of the development of human civilization, that is, democracy is a gradual and continuous process of development and the development of democratic politics. The perfection of democracy is also an accumulation process.
