【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)后的澳工黨歷經(jīng)了以加強(qiáng)黨的團(tuán)結(jié)為主題的第一輪變革、以執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)為主題的第二輪變革以及以塑造身份特征為主題的第三輪變革。從變革結(jié)果上來看,澳工黨的首要目標(biāo)間或得以實(shí)現(xiàn),但與"社會(huì)主義"目標(biāo)卻漸行漸遠(yuǎn);澳工黨在一定程度上得到跨階級(jí)的支持,但在工人階級(jí)中的支持率卻嚴(yán)重下降;澳工黨的社會(huì)整合功能得到某些強(qiáng)化,但階級(jí)利益代表功能卻逐漸弱化;澳工黨組織的運(yùn)行效率得到提高,但組織基礎(chǔ)卻出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)。從二戰(zhàn)后澳工黨的變革中可以認(rèn)識(shí)到,政黨變革要以適應(yīng)社會(huì)環(huán)境的變化為邏輯起點(diǎn),要以處理好黨的短期目標(biāo)與長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系為基本要求,要以加強(qiáng)黨的組織建設(shè)為重要任務(wù),要以提升黨的治國理政能力為價(jià)值依歸。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the Australian Labor Party underwent the first round of changes with the theme of strengthening party unity, the second round with the theme of building the ruling capacity, and the third round with the theme of shaping identity. The first goal of the Australian Labor Party can be realized occasionally, but it is far away from the goal of "socialism", and the support of the Australian Labor Party in a certain degree has been cross-class, but the support rate in the working class has declined seriously. The social integration function of the Australian Labor Party has been strengthened in some ways, but the representative function of the class interests has been gradually weakened, and the operating efficiency of the Australian Labor Party has been improved, but the organizational foundation has been loosened. It can be recognized from the transformation of the Australian Labor Party after the second World War. Party reform should take adaptation to the changes in social environment as the logical starting point, handle the relationship between the Party's short-term goals and long-term goals as the basic requirements, and strengthen the Party's organizational construction as an important task. To enhance the party's ability to govern the country as the value of the return.
