【摘要】： 庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題是中東地區(qū)最為突出的民族問(wèn)題之一。土耳其庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題，，是整個(gè)庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題的重要組成部分，其實(shí)質(zhì)是土耳其庫(kù)爾德人為爭(zhēng)取和實(shí)現(xiàn)民族權(quán)益同政府之間引發(fā)的矛盾與沖突。一個(gè)多世紀(jì)以來(lái)，庫(kù)爾德人為爭(zhēng)取民族權(quán)益進(jìn)行了不懈抗?fàn)帲炼錃v屆政府為解決庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題投入了大量的人力和物力，但這一問(wèn)題至今依然懸而未決。庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題不僅已經(jīng)成為“土耳其的世紀(jì)難題”，同時(shí)正趨成為一大國(guó)際難題，它對(duì)中東局勢(shì)乃至世界的穩(wěn)定都構(gòu)成一定的影響與沖擊。 本文分三個(gè)階段對(duì)土耳其庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了回顧與總結(jié)，分析了土耳其庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源及其對(duì)土耳其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的影響，探討了庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。論文認(rèn)為：土耳其政府實(shí)施的強(qiáng)制性民族同化政策和土耳其庫(kù)爾德極端民族主義勢(shì)力采取的暴力和恐怖手段都不利于民族的融合與國(guó)家的統(tǒng)一，而且也違背民族的發(fā)展規(guī)律、違背當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展主題。只有堅(jiān)持民族平等與民族團(tuán)結(jié)，切實(shí)改善民族地區(qū)的落后面貌，通過(guò)政治等多種途徑處理民族沖突才是解決庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題的必由之路。論文還通過(guò)對(duì)土耳其庫(kù)爾德問(wèn)題一些現(xiàn)象和規(guī)律的概括，為我國(guó)在西部大開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)期妥善處理民族問(wèn)題提出了一些可供參考的建議。
[Abstract]:The Kurdish issue is one of the most prominent ethnic issues in the Middle East. The Turkish Kurdish issue is an important part of the whole Kurdish issue. Its essence is the contradiction and conflict between the Turkish Kurds and the government in order to fight for and realize the national rights and interests. For more than a century, the Kurds have been fighting tirelessly for the national rights and interests. Turkey's successive governments have invested a lot of human and material resources in resolving the Kurdish issue, but this issue remains unresolved. The Kurdish issue has become not only "Turkey's century dilemma," but is also becoming a major international problem. It has a certain impact on the situation in the Middle East and even on the stability of the world. This paper reviews and summarizes the history and present situation of the Turkish Kurdistan problem in three stages, and analyzes the origin of the Turkish Kurdistan problem and its influence on Turkish politics, economy and society. This paper probes into the future development trend of the Kurdish issue. The paper holds that the coercive national assimilation policy implemented by the Turkish government and the violent and terrorist measures taken by the Turkish Kurdish ultra-nationalist forces are not conducive to the nation's development. Integration and national unity, It also runs counter to the laws of national development and to the development theme of the world today. Only by adhering to national equality and national unity, we can earnestly improve the backward outlook of ethnic areas. The only way to solve the Kurdish problem is to deal with the ethnic conflict through various channels such as politics. The paper also summarizes some phenomena and laws of the Kurdish issue in Turkey. Some suggestions are put forward for our country to deal with ethnic problems properly in the period of western development.
