【摘要】： 經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,泰國政黨仍就沒有變得強(qiáng)大起來,與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的則是不斷發(fā)生的軍事政變。泰國政黨作為具有現(xiàn)代性質(zhì)的組織,應(yīng)該肩負(fù)著整合社會(huì)利益的作用,但是它與政治生態(tài)之間不相適應(yīng)的關(guān)系,扼制了政黨功能的發(fā)揮。本文從亨廷頓適應(yīng)性理論出發(fā),運(yùn)用政黨職能、政黨年齡和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人代際更替的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)泰國政黨和政治生態(tài)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討。 本文從如下五個(gè)方面對(duì)政黨的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了分析:第一部分?jǐn)⑹龊嗤㈩D適應(yīng)性理論的觀點(diǎn),給文章做了理論鋪墊和假設(shè);第二部分對(duì)政黨這個(gè)政治主體進(jìn)行探析,認(rèn)識(shí)到泰國政黨普遍存在的缺陷和不足之處;第三部分對(duì)泰國的政治生態(tài)作了分析,從軍隊(duì)力量、君主力量和庇護(hù)制關(guān)系等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討,認(rèn)為泰國政治生態(tài)對(duì)政黨發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響;第四部分對(duì)政黨與政治生態(tài)的關(guān)系作出合乎邏輯的推論和衡量,認(rèn)為適應(yīng)性不強(qiáng)導(dǎo)致軍事政變等政治現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生不可避免;第五部分就如何加強(qiáng)政黨適應(yīng)性做出進(jìn)一步的思考,認(rèn)為政黨在推進(jìn)民主化進(jìn)程中應(yīng)該有更大的作為。
[Abstract]:After years of development, Thai political parties have not yet become strong, corresponding to the recurring military coups. Thai political parties, as organizations of a modern nature, should shoulder the role of integrating social interests. However, the relationship between political ecology and political ecology has curbed the function of political parties. Based on Huntington's theory of adaptability, this paper applies the criterion of party function, party age and the change of leaders from generation to generation. The relationship between political parties and political ecology in Thailand is discussed. This paper analyzes the adaptability of political parties from the following five aspects: the first part describes the viewpoints of Huntington's adaptability theory, and makes a theoretical foundation and hypothesis for the article; the second part analyzes the political party as a political subject. Recognizing the shortcomings and shortcomings of Thai political parties in general; and the third part of the analysis of the political ecology of Thailand, which discusses the relationship between the military force, the sovereign power and the sheltering system, The author holds that the political ecology in Thailand has a great influence on the development of political parties, and that the relationship between political parties and political ecology is logically inferred and measured in 4th, and that the lack of adaptability leads to the inevitable occurrence of political phenomena such as military coups d'茅 tat. In the 5th part, the author makes further thinking on how to strengthen the adaptability of political parties, and thinks that political parties should do more in the process of democratization.
