【摘要】：正巴西的非法政治獻金與政黨擅權的特色有關。出于勝選和政策落地目的,執(zhí)政黨不僅在競選中需要使用非法資金,甚至在勝選后還需用金錢收買國會議員以換取對政府政策的支持。在巴西財長萊維辭職的第二天,1月19日IMF的《世界經濟展望》報告將對2016年巴西經濟增速的預期從-1%下調到-3.5%。這一降幅在全球所有國家中是最大的。IMF稱:"巴西經濟的衰退主要是由于政治的不確定性導致的,例如對巴西石油(Petrobras)調查的失敗被證明是一再被拖延所致,且拖延的時間比此前的預測要長得多。"
