【摘要】：正巴西的非法政治獻(xiàn)金與政黨擅權(quán)的特色有關(guān)。出于勝選和政策落地目的,執(zhí)政黨不僅在競選中需要使用非法資金,甚至在勝選后還需用金錢收買國會(huì)議員以換取對(duì)政府政策的支持。在巴西財(cái)長萊維辭職的第二天,1月19日IMF的《世界經(jīng)濟(jì)展望》報(bào)告將對(duì)2016年巴西經(jīng)濟(jì)增速的預(yù)期從-1%下調(diào)到-3.5%。這一降幅在全球所有國家中是最大的。IMF稱:"巴西經(jīng)濟(jì)的衰退主要是由于政治的不確定性導(dǎo)致的,例如對(duì)巴西石油(Petrobras)調(diào)查的失敗被證明是一再被拖延所致,且拖延的時(shí)間比此前的預(yù)測(cè)要長得多。"
