【摘要】：本文主要介紹馬來西亞的首都功能疏解之策,希望為北京非首都功能疏解提供一些經(jīng)驗。馬來西亞疏解首都功能的背景與北京非常相似——減輕首都的集聚與壓力。文章介紹了馬來西亞規(guī)劃、建設(shè)新的行政中心布城的具體經(jīng)驗,布城建設(shè)實施機制的完善和高效運行等具體做法可供北京參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the strategies to unblock the capital function of Malaysia. It is hoped to provide some experience for the deconstruction of non-capital functions in Beijing. The background of the relaxation of capital functions in Malaysia is very similar to that in Beijing-reducing the concentration and pressure on the capital. This paper introduces the planning of Malaysia. The concrete experience of the construction of the new administrative center, the perfection and efficient operation of the implementation mechanism of the construction of the new administrative center can be used for reference in Beijing.
