【摘要】：2009年以來,朝鮮通過一系列政治布局與制度安排,力求拓展年輕領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的合法性資源�；谝庾R形態(tài)、政治結(jié)構(gòu)、個人等要素的政治社會化過程依然是朝鮮體制樹立和穩(wěn)固執(zhí)政合法性的主要手段,而且與以往相比各合法性要素之間的契合度顯得更加緊湊。不僅如此,朝鮮以獲取散布性支持為前提,開始重視特定支持的正向功能。不過,作為具有傳統(tǒng)社會主義深刻烙印的朝鮮來講,意識形態(tài)與社會發(fā)展現(xiàn)實、領(lǐng)袖權(quán)威與政治系統(tǒng)、國家方略與時代趨勢等領(lǐng)域所存在的不協(xié)調(diào)性,即一系列結(jié)構(gòu)性問題將持續(xù)困擾國家穩(wěn)定發(fā)展及變革。朝鮮決策者能否在治國理政方面展現(xiàn)出高度靈活性和包客性,將決定朝鮮未來發(fā)展的基本方向。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, North Korea has sought to expand the legitimacy of its young leaders through a series of political arrangements and institutional arrangements. The process of political socialization of individuals and other elements remains the main means of establishing and stabilizing the legitimacy of the ruling system in North Korea, and the degree of compatibility between the various elements of legitimacy is more compact than in the past. Not only that, North Korea began to attach importance to the positive function of specific support on the premise of obtaining scattered support. However, as a country with a profound brand of traditional socialism, North Korea has a reality of ideology and social development, a leader's authority and a political system. The disharmony between the state's general plan and the trend of the times, that is, a series of structural problems will continue to haunt the country's steady development and transformation. Can North Korean policymakers show a high degree of flexibility and commitment in governing and governing? It will determine the basic direction of North Korea's future development.
