【摘要】：2010年英國保守黨領(lǐng)袖戴維·卡梅倫提出了"大社會"的競選口號。在成功將連續(xù)執(zhí)政13年的工黨擠下臺后,戴維·卡梅倫的"大社會"計劃似乎并不像競選時那么受到民眾的追捧。在保守黨與自民黨組成的聯(lián)合政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,"大社會"計劃在理論上仍顯稚嫩,在實踐中也是困難重重。就中國而言,英國"大社會"的計劃所需要的基本的社會土壤、政治土壤仍然不成熟,在國情差異較大的我國推行類似的做法未必可行。
[Abstract]:In 2010 David Cameron, the leader of the Conservative Party, put forward the slogan "big society," after successfully squeezing the Labour Party out of power for 13 consecutive years. David Cameron's "big society" plan doesn't seem to be as popular as it was during the campaign. Under the Conservative and Liberal Democratic coalition government, the "big society" program is still theoretically immature. In practice, too, there are difficulties. As far as China is concerned, the basic social and political soil needed for the British "Great Society" programme is still immature. It may not be feasible to carry out similar practice in China, where the national conditions are quite different.
