[Abstract]:From 19 to 20 November 2016, the Symposium on "Japanese Studies in China-History and Future" was held in Tianjin. The symposium was held by the Japan Institute of Nankai University. Jointly sponsored by the Japan Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and undertaken by the editorial department of the Journal of Japan, the meeting invited Gao Hong, executive vice president of the Japan Society of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, secretary of the Party Committee of the Japan Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and acting director.
