【摘要】：[目的/意義]從多元公共行政觀角度,對(duì)澳大利亞地方政府開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)保障機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究。[方法/過(guò)程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和案例分析的研究方法,以澳大利亞地方政府為例,通過(guò)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)資料和網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容的調(diào)查,獲取一手資料并對(duì)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析和概括。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]從管理、政治、法律三個(gè)方面提出我國(guó)政府開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)保障機(jī)制的建議。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of open data security in Australian local government from the perspective of multi - view of public administration . The research method / process utilizes the literature investigation and case study method , takes the local government of Australia as an example , and analyzes and summarizes the contents through the investigation of the literature and the content of the website . The results of the investigation / conclusion : From the three aspects of management , politics and law , the suggestion of the government open data safeguard mechanism is proposed .
