【摘要】：弗吉尼亞殖民地的社會(huì)模式和政治形勢(shì)為美利堅(jiān)共和國(guó)的政治模式的建立提供了重要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。研究弗吉尼亞的政治史及其議會(huì)制度的發(fā)展史自然也就顯得十分重要。對(duì)這段歷史的研究,無(wú)疑對(duì)于理解美國(guó)政治史與議會(huì)制度的起源和發(fā)展具有深刻的意義。 本文汲取前人的研究成果,辯證地?fù)P棄,立足議會(huì)制度的研究視角,力圖全面認(rèn)識(shí)弗吉尼亞議會(huì)制度的建立、發(fā)展、演變及其歷史地位。本文以馬克思主義哲學(xué)學(xué)科的分析方法,嘗試運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、政治學(xué)等學(xué)科的分析方法,參閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,深入分析了英國(guó)社會(huì)文化傳統(tǒng)、政治發(fā)展史等方面對(duì)于弗吉尼亞議會(huì)制度的設(shè)置、演變及歷史地位的影響。 本文主體分為三部分。第一部分為緒論,介紹本文的選題緣起、寫作思路以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。第二部分是正文。第三部分是結(jié)論。其中正文部分包括三章:第一章分析弗吉尼亞議會(huì)制度的產(chǎn)生與設(shè)置及其社會(huì)淵源;第二章梳理弗吉尼亞議會(huì)演變的脈絡(luò)及其特點(diǎn);第三章總結(jié)弗吉尼亞議會(huì)制度的歷史地位和意義。 本文認(rèn)為弗吉尼亞殖民地議會(huì)的設(shè)置與其后的演變是英國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)斗爭(zhēng)在北美的延續(xù),它同時(shí)也是殖民者集團(tuán)權(quán)利斗爭(zhēng)的結(jié)果。弗吉尼亞殖民地議會(huì)制度演進(jìn)的歷史為美國(guó)的政治文化的發(fā)展提供了有益的教材,有著極其重要的歷史價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The social model and political situation of the Virginia colonies provided important experience for the establishment of the political model of the United States of America. The study of the political history of Virginia and the history of the history of its parliamentary system naturally became very important. To. A study of this history. Undoubtedly, it is of great significance to understand the origin and development of American political history and parliamentary system. This article draws on the previous research results, dialectically sublation, based on the parliamentary system research perspective, trying to fully understand the establishment and development of Virginia parliamentary system. This paper uses the analytical methods of Marxist philosophy, tries to use the analytical methods of history, political science and other disciplines, referring to a large number of literature materials, in-depth analysis of the British social and cultural traditions. The history of political development and its influence on the establishment, evolution and historical status of Virginia Parliament system. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the origin of the topic. The second part is the text. The third part is the conclusion. The main body part includes three chapters: the first chapter analyzes the emergence and establishment of Virginia Parliament system and its social origin; The second chapter combs the evolution of Virginia Parliament and its characteristics; Chapter three summarizes the historical status and significance of Virginia parliamentary system. This paper argues that the establishment and subsequent evolution of the Virginia Colonial Council is the continuation of the political and economic struggle in the United Kingdom in North America. It is also the result of the power struggle of colonial groups. The history of the evolution of Virginia colonial parliamentary system provides a useful teaching material for the development of American political culture and has extremely important historical value.
