【摘要】：在當前和今后一個時期,國際政治經(jīng)濟局勢將高度不確定,舊的秩序不再有效,新的秩序框架遠不明晰。俄羅斯2018年總統(tǒng)大選對其此后一個時期的政策選擇具有關(guān)鍵意義。俄羅斯完全有可能根據(jù)自己的國家利益、國內(nèi)發(fā)展的需要及其在國際格局中的定位,選擇"光榮孤立"、內(nèi)卷或者進取三種迥然不同的內(nèi)外政策。在存在特定限制性條件的情況下,不同的政策選擇將導(dǎo)致不同的政策后果,進而影響到國內(nèi)的政治進程以及與外界的關(guān)系。作為一個世界大國,俄羅斯未來一個時期的政策趨勢對國際格局的發(fā)展具有重要影響。
[Abstract]:At present and for some time to come, the international political and economic situation will be highly uncertain and the old order will no longer be in force. The new framework for the order is far from clear. Russia's presidential election of 2018 is crucial to its policy choices for a period after that. It is entirely possible for Russia to base itself on its national interests. The needs of domestic development and its positioning in the international structure, choose "glorious isolation", internal or enterprising three very different internal and external policies, in the presence of specific restrictive conditions. Different policy choices will lead to different policy consequences, and thus affect the domestic political process and relations with the outside world. The policy trend of Russia in the future has an important influence on the development of international pattern.
