【摘要】：以美國聯邦應急管理局官方網站的政策、報道為主要數據來源,分析了美國聯邦應急管理局的應急信息發(fā)布渠道。研究指出,其構成包括傳統渠道和電子渠道,在發(fā)布策略上注重網絡技術的應用、推進"多媒介"融合以及體現人文關懷,并批判性地總結了發(fā)布渠道還存在諸如結構沖突、官僚風氣和數字鴻溝等問題,最后還提煉出對中國政府應急信息發(fā)布渠道的有益啟示。
[Abstract]:Based on the policy of the official website of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), this paper analyzes the emergency information distribution channels of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and points out that its composition includes traditional channels and electronic channels. Emphasis on the application of network technology in the release strategy, promote the "multi-media" integration and reflect humanistic concern, and critically summed up the distribution channels such as structural conflicts, bureaucratic atmosphere and digital divide and other problems. In the end, it also abstracts the beneficial enlightenment to the Chinese government emergency information release channel.
