【摘要】：當(dāng)今的世界是一個不斷發(fā)展、不斷變化的世界。面對不斷出現(xiàn)的新形勢和新問題,如何正確地去面對和解決,是每一個國家都不可避免要遇到的考驗。對于緬甸這個國家來說,外部的新形勢包括孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議,這個倡議從1999年初現(xiàn)雛形以來,一直被認(rèn)為是中國向南發(fā)展的有效途徑,作為其中一員的緬甸也必然會受到影響。緬甸內(nèi)部的新形勢主要表現(xiàn)為2010年大選和2015年之后緬甸政治、經(jīng)濟方面出現(xiàn)的種種變化。隨著"一帶一路"的不斷熱議,孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議肯定要受到新一輪關(guān)注。2015年張高麗副總理提出六大經(jīng)濟走廊概念,孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊就是其一。緬甸作為孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議中與中國最靠近的國家,必然受到高度重視。如上所述,緬甸如果想要抓住機遇,迎接國家新一輪的發(fā)展,就不可避免的要考慮到孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議,特別是中國因素給予它的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本文以孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議為大背景,聚焦緬甸,進而分析孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議下的緬甸因素的作用,以及所受到的影響因素。文章主要分三個部分,第一部分介紹孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及參與其中的意義;第二部分?jǐn)⑹鲈诿现杏【捊?jīng)濟走廊倡議環(huán)境下緬甸因素起到的作用以及對緬甸所起作用能夠產(chǎn)生影響的內(nèi)部因素以及外部因素;第三部分重點分析緬甸因素在孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊倡議下對于中國的影響以及中國面對這些影響繼續(xù)推進孟中印緬經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè)應(yīng)該采取的態(tài)度和措施。
[Abstract]:Today's world is a constantly developing and changing world. In the face of the new situation and new problems, how to correctly face and solve them. It is an inevitable test for every country. For Myanmar, the new external situation includes the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor initiative, which has been in its infancy since early 1999. Myanmar, which has long been seen as an effective way for China to move south, is also bound to be affected. The new situation in Myanmar is mainly reflected in the general election on 2010 and the politics of Myanmar after 2015. With the constant discussion of "Belt and Road", the Mencia-Indo-Myanmar Economic Corridor Initiative will definitely receive a new round of attention. In 2015, Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli put forward six economic corridor concepts. Myanmar, as the country closest to China in the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor Initiative, is bound to be highly valued. As mentioned above, if Myanmar wants to seize the opportunity. In order to meet the new development of the country, it is inevitable to take into account the economic corridor initiative of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar, especially the opportunities and challenges given to it by the Chinese factor. This paper takes the initiative of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar as the background. Focus on Myanmar, and then analyze the role of Myanmar factors under the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor Initiative, as well as the affected factors. The first part introduces the emergence of the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor Initiative. The meaning of development and participation; The second part describes the role of Myanmar factors in the context of the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor Initiative, as well as the internal and external factors that can have an impact on the role of Myanmar. The third part focuses on the analysis of Myanmar factors' influence on China under the initiative of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor and the attitude and measures that China should take to continue to promote the construction of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar Economic Corridor in the face of these influences.
