【摘要】：公務(wù)員考錄制度作為公務(wù)員制度的門檻,在一定意義上決定了公務(wù)員的個(gè)人能力和公務(wù)員整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的綜合素質(zhì)。英國(guó)是現(xiàn)代意義上公務(wù)員制度的起源國(guó)家,已建立了較為全面和完善的國(guó)家文官制度,被許多國(guó)家效仿和借鑒。本文首先介紹英國(guó)公務(wù)員考錄的流程和考選方式,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后為我國(guó)公務(wù)員考錄制度的改革提出一些借鑒和啟示,達(dá)到進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)公務(wù)員考錄制度的目的。
[Abstract]:As the threshold of the civil service system, the civil servant examination system determines the individual ability of the civil servant and the comprehensive quality of the whole civil servant team in a certain sense. Britain is the origin country of the civil servant system in the modern sense. A more comprehensive and perfect national civil service system has been established, which has been emulated and used for reference by many countries. Firstly, this paper introduces the process and selection method of the examination of British civil servants. Finally, the author puts forward some reference and enlightenment for the reform of the civil servant examination system in our country, in order to further perfect the civil servant examination and record system in our country.
