【摘要】：自軟權(quán)力這一概念被約瑟夫·奈提出之后,各學(xué)者對(duì)此進(jìn)行了深入的解讀和鑒定,不僅包括對(duì)軟權(quán)力內(nèi)涵的解讀,也包括對(duì)軟權(quán)力內(nèi)容的論述,但是這一系列的論述中都是從軟權(quán)力的輸出國(guó)角度出發(fā),極少有關(guān)注到接受國(guó)部分的文獻(xiàn),對(duì)于接受國(guó)在面對(duì)軟權(quán)力時(shí)的條件分析則是一個(gè)相對(duì)缺乏的論述。因此本文從這個(gè)角度對(duì)接受國(guó)的條件進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)以日、墨的對(duì)比分析為例。 眾所周知,日本和墨西哥在其歷史發(fā)展中都深受美國(guó)的影響,這種影響不僅是軍事和經(jīng)濟(jì)的,還包括了軟權(quán)力的影響。從其地理位置來看,墨西哥在美國(guó)的影響下,它的發(fā)展應(yīng)該是迅速的,但是與遠(yuǎn)隔一洋之遠(yuǎn)的日本相比,它的現(xiàn)代化遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于日本。兩國(guó)不同的發(fā)展道路也不同程度的達(dá)到了美國(guó)想要實(shí)現(xiàn)的結(jié)果,因此對(duì)于輸出國(guó)來說,對(duì)接受國(guó)更加細(xì)致的了解和研究,更有利于輸出國(guó)所想要的結(jié)果。本文從美國(guó)軟權(quán)力對(duì)兩國(guó)的影響開始,了解美國(guó)軟權(quán)力在兩國(guó)發(fā)展史中所起到的作用,明確在現(xiàn)代化過程中外來因素不可忽視的作用,但同時(shí)也必須注意本國(guó)在此過程中的內(nèi)部發(fā)展因素。通過對(duì)兩國(guó)基本國(guó)情、外來因素的影響等分析,得出了四個(gè)方面的主要因素,即國(guó)民精神、穩(wěn)定的政治環(huán)境、成功的歷史先例和共同的價(jià)值觀。 通過對(duì)兩國(guó)在美國(guó)軟權(quán)力影響下走向不同道路的分析,我們更加了解了應(yīng)該注意對(duì)接受國(guó)的關(guān)注。對(duì)接受國(guó)全面的、深入的了解,明確其接受的條件,有利于輸出國(guó)更好的輸出其軟權(quán)力,能較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出國(guó)想要的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of soft power proposed by Joseph Nai, the scholars have conducted in-depth interpretation and identification, including not only the interpretation of the connotation of soft power, including the content of soft power is discussed, but a series of discussion are starting from the soft power output in perspective, little attention to the receiving country part of the literature, for analysis of the soft power of the country in the face of conditions is a relative lack of discussion. This paper from the perspective of docking country conditions are analyzed, at the same time, in contrast, analysis of ink as an example.
As everyone knows, Japan and Mexico were all influenced by the influence of the United States in its historical development, this effect is not only the military and economy, also includes the influence of soft power. From the geographical point of view, Mexico in the United States, its development should be rapid, but with a far distant ocean in Japan it is far behind, the modernization of Japan. The two different path of development is to the different extent of the United States wanted to achieve results, so the output of our country, receiving more detailed understanding and research, more conducive to exporting to the desired result. This article starts from the influence of American soft power of the two countries, understand the United States soft power plays a role in the history of the development of both countries, clear in the process of modernization, external factors can not be ignored, but also must pay attention to the development of their own internal factors in this process. After analyzing the basic conditions of the two countries and the influence of external factors, we draw the following four main factors: the national spirit, the stable political environment, the successful historical precedents and the common values.
Through the analysis of the two countries to different roads in the United States under the influence of soft power, we should pay attention to know more about the docking concern in China. The receiving state comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the conditions of acceptance, the output to output in better soft power, can achieve better output the results you want.
