【摘要】： 改革開(kāi)放，不僅是社會(huì)主義復(fù)興和發(fā)展的主旋律，而且是增強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，顯現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)越性的希望所在。近年來(lái)，由于全球化和世界社會(huì)主義改革開(kāi)放浪潮的影響，朝鮮也在逐步革新思想觀念，改變傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式，開(kāi)始重新認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)主義，探索社會(huì)主義。理論界對(duì)這一歷史性變化進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的探討，成果較豐碩，爭(zhēng)議頗多。本文也擬就此問(wèn)題談些個(gè)人的理解和看法。文章能夠以哲學(xué)分析的視角，對(duì)朝鮮建國(guó)以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)從高速增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)為低速增長(zhǎng)乃至負(fù)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行理論和實(shí)際的論證。而且文章緊緊圍繞改革開(kāi)放這一線(xiàn)索，著重從實(shí)踐角度分析和介紹朝鮮對(duì)改革開(kāi)放的認(rèn)識(shí)、探索歷程，并將其放置于全球化的大背景下加以闡析、論證，，以及較為全面系統(tǒng)地論述了朝鮮走上全方位改革開(kāi)放之路的可能性和障礙。從而對(duì)進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)朝鮮式社會(huì)主義極其漸進(jìn)的改革開(kāi)放有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 全文共分三部分：第一部分追溯了“主體思想”的提出，認(rèn)識(shí)，以及在這一思想指導(dǎo)下的朝鮮社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，并運(yùn)用辨證的方法探索了影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外因素。第二部分描述了朝鮮正在對(duì)內(nèi)進(jìn)行有節(jié)制的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革和對(duì)外奉行謹(jǐn)慎的局部的對(duì)外開(kāi)放的歷程。第三部分從理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合角度有力地論證了朝鮮改革開(kāi)放全方位推開(kāi)的可能性和障礙。
[Abstract]:Reform and opening up is not only the main melody of socialist rejuvenation and development, but also the hope of enhancing socialist competitiveness and showing the superiority of socialist system. Due to the influence of globalization and the wave of socialist reform and opening up in the world, North Korea is gradually innovating its ideology, changing its traditional economic model, and beginning to re-understand socialism. Exploring socialism. The theoretical circle has carried on the extensive thorough discussion to this historical change, the result is quite rich. There is a lot of controversy. This paper also intends to talk about some personal understanding and views on this issue. The article can be analyzed from the perspective of philosophy. The theory and practice of economic growth from high speed to low speed and even negative growth since the founding of the people's Republic of Korea are theoretically and practically demonstrated, and the article closely revolves around the clue of reform and opening up. From the point of view of practice, this paper analyzes and introduces Korea's understanding of reform and opening up, explores the course, and puts it under the background of globalization to analyze and demonstrate. The possibility and obstacle of North Korea taking the road of all-around reform and opening up are discussed in a comprehensive and systematic way, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for further understanding the extremely gradual reform and opening up of Korean socialism. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part traces the "subject thought" put forward, understanding, and under the guidance of this thought of the socialist economic construction of Korea. The second part describes the course of the controlled economic reform in North Korea and the prudent partial opening to the outside world. The combination of theory and practice proves the possibility and obstacle of North Korea's reform and opening to the outside world.
