【摘要】：正2015年9月,柬埔寨首相辦公廳發(fā)布新聞公告稱,為了加強(qiáng)與民眾的互動(dòng),洪森首相開設(shè)臉書(facebook)官方賬號(hào)"Samdech Hun Sen,Cambodian Prime Minister(洪森親王,柬埔寨首相)"。此后,洪森充分利用臉書這一社交平臺(tái),介紹自己在政治、社會(huì)領(lǐng)域的觀點(diǎn)甚至私人生活的點(diǎn)滴,與網(wǎng)民頻繁互動(dòng)。截至2015年底,洪森臉書的"粉絲"人數(shù)已突破173萬(wàn)人,且被列為全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人十大臉書之一。而據(jù)有關(guān)調(diào)查顯示,
