【摘要】：在清末《續(xù)議滇緬界商務(wù)條款》中,以清朝官府的區(qū)域確定邊界走向尚屬首次,為什么中英兩國邊界條約會明確"以鎮(zhèn)邊廳地方歸中國"呢?該項(xiàng)規(guī)定以鎮(zhèn)邊廳的界址來確定中緬西南段部的分界線,不僅肯定中國國土的范圍,也突出其建立的特殊價(jià)值。欲認(rèn)識近代中緬西南段界線的確定,必須剖析創(chuàng)建鎮(zhèn)邊廳的由來、價(jià)值及影響。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, it was the first time to determine the border direction by using the region of the Qing government. Why did the boundary strip between China and the United Kingdom make it clear that "China belongs to China in the town hall"? This regulation determines the boundary line of the southwestern part of China and Myanmar by the boundary of the town side hall, which not only confirms the scope of China's territory, but also highlights the special value of its establishment. It is necessary to analyze the origin, value and influence of the building of the town hall in order to determine the boundary of the southwestern section of China and Myanmar in modern times.
