【摘要】：利用2011年中國(guó)老年健康因素跟蹤調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用二元Logistic回歸模型分析了社會(huì)資本對(duì)鄉(xiāng)城遷移老年人健康的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):社會(huì)資本的4個(gè)維度對(duì)鄉(xiāng)城遷移老人的健康具有不同的影響。具體來說,信任與安全感、人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會(huì)參與對(duì)老年人的健康具有顯著的影響,而互惠與社會(huì)支持這一維度無顯著影響。據(jù)此提出,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)宣傳教育,形成重視與關(guān)愛鄉(xiāng)城遷移老年人的社會(huì)氛圍,提高其信任與安全感;提高社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的公平性,使其充分覆蓋鄉(xiāng)城遷移老年人,提高其社會(huì)支持水平;提倡社會(huì)工作的有效介入,回應(yīng)鄉(xiāng)城遷移老年人的不同需求,提高其社會(huì)參與度。從而提高老年人社會(huì)資本狀況,保護(hù)和改善其身心健康。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Chinese elderly health survey in 2011, the effects of social capital on the health of rural migrants were analyzed by using the binary Logistic regression model. It is found that the four dimensions of social capital have different effects on the health of rural migrants. Specifically, trust and security, interpersonal networks and social participation have significant effects on the health of the elderly, while reciprocity and social support have no significant impact on the health of the elderly. Accordingly, it is suggested that publicity and education should be strengthened to create a social atmosphere of attaching importance to and caring for the elderly migrating from rural areas, and to enhance their trust and security, and to enhance the equity of community public services so that they can fully cover the rural migrant elderly. To improve the level of social support, to promote the effective intervention of social work, to respond to the different needs of rural migration of the elderly, and to increase their social participation. In order to improve the social capital status of the elderly, to protect and improve their physical and mental health.
