【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)分析過(guò)敏性休克和猝死的法醫(yī)病理學(xué)診斷,進(jìn)而為法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定提供參考。方法:本次研究以2013年2月到2015年8月期間接收的10例過(guò)敏性休克和猝死患者為觀察組,同時(shí)選取10例正常人員作為對(duì)照組1、10例非過(guò)敏性休克和猝死患者為對(duì)照組2,所有人員采用熒光酶聯(lián)免疫法(FEIA)、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(FLISA)以及免疫組織化學(xué)方法測(cè)定不同組人員中的相關(guān)指標(biāo),比較分析不同組人員在相關(guān)指標(biāo)上的差異性。結(jié)果:在血清類胰蛋白酶含量以及血清Ig E方面,觀察組和對(duì)照組1之間存在著明顯差異(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;在咽喉、肺部、胃組織的胰蛋白酶含量以及P物質(zhì)的PI值方面,觀察組和對(duì)照組2之間存在著明顯差異(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:過(guò)敏性休克以及猝死患者的胰蛋白酶含量高于正常人群,同時(shí)在咽喉、胃組織以及肺部的P物質(zhì)PI值方面,過(guò)敏性猝死高于非過(guò)敏性猝死人員,因而,對(duì)于懷疑為過(guò)敏性休克以及猝死人員,可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況通過(guò)血清Ig E、胰蛋白酶含量以及P物質(zhì)的PI值等指標(biāo)綜合性的對(duì)過(guò)敏性休克和猝死人員作出診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize and analyze the forensic pathological diagnosis of anaphylactic shock and sudden death, and to provide reference for forensic identification. Methods: ten patients with anaphylactic shock and sudden death received from February 2013 to August 2015 were selected as observation group, 10 normal persons as control group 1 and 10 patients with non-anaphylactic shock and sudden death as control group 2. All patients were determined by fluorescence enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (FEIA),) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and immunohistochemical method. The differences of related indexes in different groups were compared and analyzed. Results: there were significant differences in serum trypsin content and serum Ig E between the observation group and the control group 1 (P 0.05), and there were significant differences in the trypsin content in throat, lung and stomach and the Pi value of substance P between the observation group and the control group 2 (P 0.05). Conclusion: the content of trypsin in patients with anaphylactic shock and sudden death is higher than that in normal people. At the same time, sudden anaphylactic death is higher than that in non-anaphylactic sudden death in terms of Pi value of substance P in throat, stomach tissue and lungs. Therefore, for suspected anaphylactic shock and sudden death, serum Ig E can be used according to the actual situation. Trypsin content and Pi value of substance P were used to diagnose anaphylactic shock and sudden death.
