【摘要】：目的探討顱腦損傷所致的精神障礙類型,以及顱腦損傷受損程度、范圍及距鑒定間隔時間與智力損害程度的關(guān)系。方法對182例顱腦損傷患者的司法精神醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果(1)182例顱腦損傷所致精神障礙者中,以智力障礙為首位,共123例次(67.6%)。(2)傷殘等級評定為Ⅶ～Ⅹ級者共142例(78.0%)。(3)智力損害程度與受傷時間距鑒定時間無相關(guān)性(χ2=0.41,P0.05),但與腦損傷程度有相關(guān)性(P0.05)。(4)有智力損害組的腦干損傷(30.9%)、腦內(nèi)血腫(25.2%)的比例高于無智力損害組(分別為16.9%和11.9%;P0.01),≥2個腦葉損傷(61.7%)的比例也高于無智力損害組(34.9%;P0.05)。結(jié)論顱腦損傷所致智力障礙占第1位,腦損傷受損程度與智力損害程度有明顯的相關(guān)性,傷殘等級以Ⅶ～Ⅹ等級的比例高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the types of mental disorders caused by craniocerebral injury and the relationship between the degree and range of craniocerebral injury and the interval between identification and mental impairment.
