【摘要】：目的對(duì)親權(quán)鑒定中常用STR基因座在中國(guó)人群中的平均突變率進(jìn)行估計(jì),并與美國(guó)人群中的相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較。方法突變數(shù)據(jù)來自按擬定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選獲得的15篇國(guó)內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)及本中心數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)中國(guó)不同地區(qū)同一STR基因座突變率無顯著差異的突變數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行合并,計(jì)算中國(guó)人群該STR基因座的平均突變率,并采用Poisson分布的近似正態(tài)分布法計(jì)算該STR基因座平均突變率的95%可信區(qū)間。對(duì)中國(guó)人群和美國(guó)人群中常用STR基因座平均突變率的95%可信區(qū)間進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 Identifiler和PowerPlex 16兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)所包含的17個(gè)親權(quán)鑒定常用STR基因座在中國(guó)不同地區(qū)人群中的突變率無顯著差異,合并計(jì)算其平均突變率介于0.0120%～0.2078%,不同STR基因座的平均突變率差異顯著(P0.0001)。這17個(gè)親權(quán)鑒定常用STR基因座在中國(guó)人群中的累積突變率達(dá)到1.9836%。結(jié)論本研究通過文獻(xiàn)分析獲得中國(guó)大樣本人群的FGA等17個(gè)STR基因座突變率數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)于疑似突變案例的累積親權(quán)指數(shù)計(jì)算具有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to estimate the average mutation rate of STR loci commonly used in paternity testing in Chinese population and compare it with the corresponding data in American population. Methods the mutation data were obtained from 15 domestic literatures selected according to the proposed criteria and the data of our center. The mutation data with no significant difference in the mutation rate of the same STR locus in different regions of China were combined to calculate the average mutation rate of the STR locus in Chinese population, and the 95% confidence interval of the average mutation rate of the STR locus was calculated by using the approximate normal distribution method of Poisson distribution. The 95% confidence interval of the average mutation rate of STR loci in Chinese and American populations was compared. Results there was no significant difference in the mutation rate of 17 STR loci commonly used in paternity testing between Identifiler and PowerPlex 16 systems in different regions of China.
