【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)教養(yǎng)矯治理念下的勞教管理、教育模式,與憲法中的人權(quán)保障原則面臨著直接沖突與挑戰(zhàn)。變革教養(yǎng)矯治理念,實(shí)行勞教辦特色,打破傳統(tǒng)的教育內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì),將個(gè)案矯治和心理矯治落到實(shí)處,才能與尊重和保障人權(quán)的憲法精神相契合。
[Abstract]:The management of reeducation through labor and the mode of education under the traditional concept of correctional and corrective treatment are facing direct conflicts and challenges with the principle of human rights protection in the Constitution. Only by changing the concept of correctional and corrective treatment, carrying out the characteristics of re-education through labor, breaking the traditional design of educational content, and carrying out case correction and psychological correction can it be in line with the constitutional spirit of respecting and protecting human rights.
